With her first entrepreneurial venture being the owner of a street food truck in Bangkok, the owner, Ui Ratsomjit (pronounced U) spent much of her time preparing fresh foods such as her Green Papaya Salad, Satays, & Gapow Stir Frys for the local hungry patrons. Her style of cooking comes from the North East of Thailand “Isaan” where she is from and this is a strong influence in all our dishes. Our Chef Maitee (Mike) Yangsuwan comes from the South of Thailand. His experience includes working with the Au Prau Resorts in Thailand for over 10 years.
